Well below is a poem that I wrote some time ago,but it still holds true today I spent a long time on this writing, just to get it the way I wanted it to sound. mind you it not the 'master' peice this is but I'm happy with it. I also never gave it a title, I thought it would be better if the person reading it, thought of there own title. ok onwards...
Run, run wild and free, Leave it all behind. Fate and time against you now, In hopes youll lose your mind.
Run, run with the setting light, Against the ticking clock. Their faces, eyes and laughter; All seem to point and mock.
Run, run from love and hate, Alone here in the dark. Nothing moving, nothing breathing Trying to erase the mark.
Run, run hide yourself, From eyes you can not see. Running far and running wide- To hide from whats to be.
Run, run far away, Theres nothing for you here. No blood, no guts, no glory; Just scream with endless fear.
Run, run fast and mad, Through the pounding rain. Weaving, ducking, falling Quaking from the pain.
Run, run alone and scared Now you must pay the price. For your lying, cheating, evil deeds You stand and hold the dice.
Run, run evil beast For you no one will care, to save yourself your soul you sell, To the devil if you dare.
Run, run for all youre worth Scream the voices in your head, Youve lived and lost. Youve loved and loathed Now soon youll fall down dead
Run, run murderous heart To escape the tolling bell. Looking, searching, hoping, But theres no one here to tell.
Run, run with dark despair Because now youve lost all hope. Climb high and with a shout you fly, And dangle from the rope.
Well let me know what you think.
Later days, Blaze
